1) System Engineer

Job Description :
- Server & application installation/troubleshooting

- 2nd level support to resolve customer request and issue

- Shared hosting/VPS/Cloud Computing administration

- Domain name system administration (Register/Modify/Remove/Transfer Domain)
- Big Brother Monitoring (Monitoring Mission Critical Equipment and
Customer Server/Services)
- Assist in project, migration/maintenance
- Able standby/work after working hour

Requirements :

- Bachelor Degree in IT - Minimum of 2 years experience within IT Operations
- Possess own transport
- Advance in Windows & Linux administration
- Certify in MCSA and/or MCSE will be an advantage
- Trained or working experience in Unix environment will be an advantage
- Knowledge in LAN environment
- Able setup/Troubleshooting DNS,Web,SQL,FTP Server
- Able to communicate in English and Malay Language
- Self disciplined and team player

2) Network Operation Center Support

Job Description :

- 1st Level support to answer call and follow customer requirement
- 1st level troubleshooting on issue reported by customer
- Big Brother Monitoring (Monitoring Mission Critical equipment Server/ Services)
- Authorize customer to visit Data Centre
- Report and log case to ISP on Data Centre issue such as Power issue/Network issue
- Involve in project,migration and maintenance

Requirements :

- Recognized Diploma/SPM/IT Certification
- Malaysian
- Age around 18-26
- Posses own transport
- Able working on shift (12 hour)
- Experience in a basic Windows & Linux environment
- Experience in basic LAN environment
- Familiar with Internet communication protocols, such as TCP/IP,DNS,SMTP
- Able to communicate in English and malay language
- Self disciplined and team player
- Fresh graduate/Entry level
