Analyst Programmers/ Senior Analyst Programmers
(Based in Kuala Lumpur)
Permanent
Responsibilities:
• Applications development and support, encompassing the entire
systems development life cycle including analysis, design,
specifications, coding, testing, documentation, implementation and
user training
• Participate in a large project to implement a new integrated system
for the Group
• To act as a business analyst in understanding and working out
solutions to meet business and user requirements
• Assist in project management and liaising with users and vendors
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Programming experience in Visual Basic/C# .NET, Crystal Reports
and/or Lotus Notes/Script
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server will be an added advantage
• Excellent technical aptitude and communication skills
• Fresh graduates would also be considered

Basic salary offered : From RM1,800/- to RM3,800/- per month depending
on experience

Collection Clerks
(Based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
• Involve in collection review operation & general collection work
Requirements:

Senior Officer/Assistant Manager, Internal Audit

Responsibilities:
Plan, lead and execute audit assignments including:-
• Review and evaluate internal controls system, risk management
processes, compliance and corporate governance practices within the
group of companies
• Conduct financial, credit, compliance and operation audits
• Review audit work performed by team members, prepares audit reports,
make recommendation for corrective actions and conduct follow-up on
agreed action plans

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• At lease 6 years experience preferably in credit audit
• Good spoken and written English
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is essential
Basic salary offered : From RM2,200/- to RM3,700.00 per month
depending on Experience

Collection Officers

Responsibilities:
• Monitor/Review of overdue receivables including field visitation
• Preparation of collection reports
• Supervision of collection clerks
• Liaison with solicitors
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management,
Finance and Banking or equivalent
• Strong analytical mind, observant and good communication skills are
essential
• Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work
independently and a good team player
• Applicants without the academic qualifications but with relevant
working experience are encouraged to apply

Basic salary offered : From RM1,450.00 to RM2,400.00 per month

Auction Sales Personnel
Senior Manager/Manager/ Officers
Based in Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies for driving the sale of collateral
properties through auction
• Manage and expedite the process of bringing collateral properties to
auction
• Liaise with and monitor auctioneers, valuers and real estate agents
regarding the provision of all third-party services pertaining to the
initiation and successful conclusion of auctions
• Research and develop relevant business resources and networking to
facilitate the auction sales process

Requirement:
• Degree, Diploma or professional qualifications in real
estate/banking and finance/marketing (candidates without the foregoing
but possessing the requisite working experience will also be considered)
• Credit recovery experience involving mortgage loans in a financial
institution or experience in a real estate agency covering residential
properties
• A self-starter, well-organised and results-driven
• Good inter-personal skills
• Possess own transport

Legal Manager
Based in Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire legal affairs of the Division
• Supervise and liaise with external attorneys on all matters
pertaining to litigation against borrowers
• Provide legal consultation and support to the Asset Management
Personnel in the development and execution of loan resolution strategies
Requirement:
• Degree in Law with at least 4 years experience in a legal firm
• Conversant with Malaysian land laws and banking litigation
procedures including foreclosure proceedings
• A self-starter and results-driven
• Strong leadership ability and good inter-personal skills
Basic salary offered : From RM3,000/- to RM5,400/- per month

Para-legal Personnel

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Legal Manager in managing the legal affairs of the Division
Requirement:
• Diploma in Law with at least 2 years working experience in a legal
firm or financial institution (candidates without the foregoing but
possessing 4 – 5 yers experience as a Senior Legal Clerk will also be
considered)
• Knowledge of local land laws and foreclosure proceedings
• Ability to work independently and resourceful
• A team player with good communication skills
